Once a course or subscription is purchased on Krisn Ed, it cannot be canceled after payment is completed.
We do not provide refunds once the content (videos, notes, or tests) is accessed. Refunds may only be considered if there is a payment error (like double payment) or a technical issue preventing access to the course, verified by our team.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [add your support email or WhatsApp number] with proof of payment and issue details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel it anytime to stop future payments. Already paid amounts will not be refunded.
